We support the practical work around the installation so the project does not stall at the point where one subcontractor’s scope ends.

Complete open sections, tie-ins and supporting civil work where trenchless installation is not the sensible method.

Excavation and preparation around utility pits, chambers, connection points and associated infrastructure.
Product handling
Set up, manage and support ducts or pipe during pullback and installation to reduce avoidable damage or delay.
Backfilling and preparation
Complete excavations and leave the work area in a practical condition for final surface reinstatement or the next trade.
Plant and transport support
Move the drill, hydro unit, product, tooling and support equipment required to keep the job functioning.
The gear behind the gear
The less glamorous equipment usually finishes the job.
Mud mixing, transport, excavation, product handling and site support do not need their own glamour gallery.
They do, however, determine whether the drill can keep working and whether the installation gets completed rather than merely started.
We keep the support gear because it is useful. We do not line every truck up for a brochure and pretend the paintwork is part of the methodology.
Show-pony equipment is excellent right up until something useful is required.
